Consumer right of withdrawal – photographic identification

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right online at https://pateraviolins.de/widerruf. The “Withdraw from contract” function is also linked in the footer. If you use it, we will send acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email, without delay, including the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning exercise of the right before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs except supplementary costs resulting from a delivery choice other than our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of reimbursement.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to what was supplied up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full contractual service.

Early expiry of the right

For this paid service, the right expires early only after full performance if, before performance began, you expressly consented to an early start and acknowledged that full performance would end your withdrawal right. Payment or acknowledgement of the terms alone does not replace these declarations.
